Description | As a Business Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, cloud engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and business developers to design, develop, and implement, and translate data solutions. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, data analysis, process mapping, and preparing business cases and requirements documentation. |

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data and analytics or consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Technical skills and knowledge you bring to the role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to utilize various techniques to gather, track, and analyze the requirements.
- Ability to produce project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, key operating procedures, Visio workflows, etc.
- Analyze and review system, data, and project deliverables such as business user requirements, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
